In Egypt, the American Minister of Foreign Affairs
The U.S. Minister of Foreign Affairs , John Kerry , arrived today in Cairo for a visit that was not announced in advance, the first one made by a senior U.S. official after the inauguration of the new President of Egypt Abdel Fatah al-Sisi, the former army chief who overthrew last summer the Islamist President Mohamed Morsi. On the occasion of the visit of John Kerry, Washington announced that ten days ago released the amount of $ 572,000,000 with the assent of Congress. This amount is part of U.S. aid, $ 1.5 billion for Egypt which had stopped since last October.
