1. Since the 11th of June and until today, no archive material has left the ERT central building, to any direction. The Museum-Archive’s personnel, regardless of specialty or position, are safeguarding the integrity of the ERT archive wealth, with their constant, day and night presence in the areas of material storage in the ERT building. Besides, the security cameras can certify the above and prove wrong any malignant claim about the opposite.

2. The archive material that belongs to ERT is subject to related rights, fully protected by the existing Greek and European Law and fully secured by the ERT internal procedures. Consequently, their unlicensed use by any audiovisual carrier besides ERT S.A. violates the lawful interests of those who benefit from the material’s related rights and carries the relevant legal clauses and penalties.
