Suspend request for ERT’s closing discussed in the Council of State
The suspend request concerning ERT’s closing was discussed at the Council of State. The request was submitted by ERT’s lawyer, Mr Giorgos Kokas. He requested that the ministerial decisions and governmental actions that concern the dissolution of ERT, the procedures of the forthcoming staff recruitment are suspended as unconstitutional and illegal. The court reserved the right to issue its decision.
