The Council of State’s ruling which was given 20 days ago can not be executed. A new meeting is about to occur between the two parties today. The biggest «thorn» remains the proposal to ERT’s workers for 3 month contracts that involve the transition state of the public television, something that the government desire to impose. Nonetheless, mr Kapsis declared in an interview that «it is a matter of hours» until ERT broadcasts again.
